•750 women from underprivileged sections of Thane district were given sewing
training.
• Trained 150 students in graphic design and web developer training and provided
placement to 70% students.
• 60 women of Palghar district were trained as self-employed tailors and got self-
employment.
• Under Chief Minister Skill Training during Covid-19 period, 150 students were trained
as Vision Assistants and GDAs and got placements in various hospitals.
• 50 students were given military training under the project in tribal department. We
are helping them for police recruitment.
• 50 Women Self-Employment Groups were formed by counseling women from the
poor and underprivileged sections of Mumbai and provided them with opportunities
for self-employment.
• Retailing training and placement was given to 90 students and 25 disabled students
under TRAIN.
• The target of training of 2000 students under the subject of Fashion Designer, Micro
Finance Executive, Logistics has been achieved and currently the work is in
progress
Project Monitoring Strategy
To ensure the fulfillment of the outcomes of the
project regular monitoring and evaluation will be done
through the project management structure. This will
involve direct monitoring by Office Team. Project
Director will provide overall guidance and
management support while one Program Officer will
be responsible for ensuring quality of implementation,
regularly monitoring the progress of activities and
reporting to concerned CSR.
